Missouri “Rising Star” and Super Lawyer, Shaun, has extensive experience with financing and commercial real estate litigation, particularly loan enforcement matters.
As a Principal, Shaun is responsible for identifying potential investment opportunities, due diligence, market research and the day-to-day operations. He is also integral in the detailed build-outs for which Stallworth Development Group properties are recognized. Shaun guides projects with a unique approach that combines his expertise as a legal and business pragmatist and strong community-driven values. He also isn’t afraid to get his hands dirty and loves nothing more than to create value for all: residents, communities, partners, and investors.
Shaun earned a degree in Communications from Louisiana State University and his JD from the University of Missouri, Kansas City.
RODNEY A. STALLWORTH

Housing and Urban Department (HUD) National Fellow and Port Authority of NYNJ Fellow, Rodney, has extensive finance and real estate experience in both private and non-profit sectors, notably with the World Trade Center Redevelopment project and Savills New York.
As a Principal, Rodney, has developed a particular set of skills in architecture coordination, contract review and management. He also leads all financial matters of the company, including financial analysis, development and renovation planning with a . Once an asset is acquired, he turns his eye to developing well curated marketing plans and complete rebranding of the asset.
Rodney holds three Master’s degrees in Real Estate Development, Community & Economic Development, and Non-Profit Management from American University and the University of Alabama.
